How to Use
- Shampoo: Massage Hydrating Shampoo throughout wet hair and scalp. Add more water to activate a rich, highly concentrated lather. Rinse thoroughly.
- Condition: Gently squeeze excess water from the hair and apply Hydrating Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends.
- Wait & Rinse: Leave the conditioner on for 1–2 minutes to allow the nutrients to penetrate the hair shaft, then rinse well.
- Pro Tip: Because these professional formulas are highly concentrated, a small amount goes a long way. Start with a small pump and add more water rather than more product to increase the lather.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
