How to use
- Shampoo: Massage Hydrating Shampoo throughout wet hair and scalp. Add more water to activate a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly.
- Mask: Once or twice weekly, apply a generous amount of Intense Hydrating Mask to towel-dried hair. Comb through and leave for 5–7 minutes before rinsing.
- Condition: On regular wash days, apply Hydrating Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends. Leave for 1–2 minutes and rinse well.
- Body Care: Massage Shower Gel onto wet skin to cleanse, then follow with Body Lotion while skin is still slightly damp to lock in moisture.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
