How to Use
- Wet: Thoroughly wet your hair and scalp with warm water.
- Apply: Distribute a small amount evenly across the hair and scalp.
- Massage: Work into a rich lather. Use gloves if you have porous skin to avoid temporary staining.
- Wait: Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the desired intensity of the toning effect.
- Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with cool water to seal the cuticle and lock in the tone.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
