        Directions

        After shampooing, apply a generous amount of Papaya Moisture Boost Conditioner to damp hair. Use a detangling brush or a wide-tooth comb to distribute the conditioner evenly from roots to ends. Leave the conditioner in for 3-5 minutes to allow the nutrients to penetrate and moisturize. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

        FOR AN INTENSE TREATMENT: Sit under a hooded dryer with a plastic cap over hair or sit under a hair steamer with no plastic cap for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

        • Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
        • During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
        • UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
        • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
        • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

        Returns

        You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

        We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

        Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

        If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

        Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

        We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

        If your order contains restricted items, we may:

        • Remove the affected item(s) from your order,
        • Contact you with alternative shipping options, or
        • Cancel and refund the affected item(s) where necessary.

        UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)

        The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

        Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
        Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
        Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

        Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

        • Aerosols
        • Perfumes or aftershaves
        • Nail polish

        If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:

        • Change the shipping method,
        • Remove restricted items from the order, or
        • Cancel and refund the affected item(s).

        Any refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
