      Directions

      Activate the shampoo by placing a small amount in hands and rub together with a little water. Massage into hair working from root to tip for a feather-soft lather. Rinse completely from scalp to ends. If you are making the transition from conventional to natural shampoo, it may take up to 8 washes to see the full results.

      Frizz Magic helps to make air dried hair look sleeker with zero to minimal styling, so you can look Zoom ready without having to pull out the heat tools.

      Returns

      You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

      We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

      Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

      If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

      Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

      We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

      The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

      If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
