How to use
Preparation: For optimal results, ensure curls are free of buildup. Cleanse with No.4C Bond Maintenance® Clarifying Shampoo. For heavy mineral or product buildup, follow with OLAPLEX Broad Spectrum Chelating Treatment.
- REPAIR: Apply 50mL* to 4 quadrants of clean, damp hair. Scrunch upward to encourage the natural pattern. Process for 10 minutes. Do not rinse.
- ENHANCE: Spray in small sections until saturated. Scrunch thoroughly. Process for 10 minutes. Do not rinse.
- DEFINE: Distribute Step 3 evenly from root to tip. Use your preferred curl-defining technique (shingling, finger coiling, etc.). Air dry or diffuse.
*> Note: Post-service, advise clients to wait 48 hours before washing for maximum longevity.

Returns

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
