ORI Lab Curl Condition is created with a hydrating silicone-free formula designed to enhance curl shape and movement, aligned with curl care methods and principles. Infused with Beauty Boosters of Flannel Flower, Rice Protein & Wild Rosella which saturate hair strands and optimise curl formation.
Provides silicone-free conditioning, hugs curl shape, enhances elasticity, bounce and movement, smoothes curls to prevent detangling friction, frizz and flyaway, protects curls from temperature extremes and hydration, aligned with global curl care methods and principles.

How to use
After cleansing, bathe hair from roots to ends using a generous amount of product. To allow the bespoke formula to absorb into hair strands and scalp, leave to soak for three to five minutes, or longer. Rinse thoroughly from the scalp, leaving only a trace for mid-lengths and ends.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
