  • As a firm hold styling gel

How to use

  • Apply gel in sections on wet curls or curls that have been prepped with an oil, serum or leave-in conditioner.
  • Using fingers or a wide-tooth comb, work the gel through the hair from roots to ends.
  • Air dry curls or use a diffuser.
  • Avoid use of fine-tooth combs, excessive rubbing, and regular cotton towels to help eliminate your chances of creating frizz.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
