Product information

This lightweight, multi-purpose pre-colour mist is formulated with Chromaplex Peptides to help reinforce and repair the outer layers of the hair. It also provides added protection for the disulfide bonds strengthened during the Chromaplex Bond Builder step, supporting overall hair integrity during colour services.


The mist helps minimise damage throughout the colouring process while promoting more even, longer-lasting colour results. Hair is left healthier, shinier, and easier to manage, with enhanced vibrancy and improved overall condition.

Directions

Begin by lightly dampening the hair with water. Section the hair and spray the Chromaplex Mist evenly before starting the chemical service. Allow it to sit for four minutes, then proceed with colouring. Once processing is complete, shampoo the hair but do not apply conditioner. Towel dry, apply Chromaplex Bond Sealer, and leave it on for four minutes without rinsing. Finish by styling as desired.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
