How to Use
- Preparation: In a non-metallic bowl or applicator bottle, mix Osmo IKON Glossy Gloss in a 1:1 ratio with Osmo IKON Glossy Gloss Activator (or a low-volume 5 vol developer).
- Application: Apply to clean, towel-dried or dry hair. Work through the sections quickly for even distribution.
- Development Time: Process for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the desired intensity. For maximum grey blending or deeper toning, you may leave it for up to 30 minutes.
- Rinse: Once the desired tone is achieved, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Follow with a colour-safe shampoo and conditioner.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
