INTENSIVE MOISTURE PRIMER RESTORES CURLS' STRENGTH AND SOFTNESS
Leave in or rinse out: Our ultra-rich cream formula deeply moisturizes and helps protect curls-especially those experiencing dryness, frizz, and breakage. All curls-especially dry, damaged, frizzy curls-need a boost of moisture from time to time to make them more manageable. Whether your curls have taken a beating from color processing or too much heat styling, our Whipped Curls® Daily Conditioner & Styling Primer can help nourish them back to health.
This rich, multitasking formula wraps each curl with intense hydration, using our healing Triple Olive Oil blend combined with Shea Butter and Glycerin to deeply moisturize and nourish. All curl types can use Whipped Curls® as an intensive hydrating conditioner in the shower, while tight, kinky, or coarse curls will love it as a leave-in styling primer to smooth and define soft curls.

Directions
To use as a daily conditioner: Cleanse curls with your favorite Ouidad shampoo (to restore essential moisture, we suggest our Ultra-Nourishing Cleansing Oil Shampoo). Apply a coin amount of Whipped Curls® to wet hair. Leave on hair for 3-5 minutes, then rinse out thoroughly.
To use as a styling primer: Apply to damp hair, comb through, and layer with your favorite Ouidad styler.

- Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:
Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order
Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

- Perfumes or aftershaves
- Nail polish
If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
- Change the shipping method,
- Remove restricted items from the order, or
- Cancel and refund the affected item(s).
Any refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
