How to use:

1. Brush a light coat of BOND under th root of natural lashes. 
2. Brush a thin coat of SEAL to remove tackiness from BOND 
3. Stipe the root of the clusters lightly with the pointed tip of SEAL to lock them in.

How to remove: 

1. Carefully peel off the cluster and place back into the tray if reusable. 
2. Saturate a cotton pad or swab with an oil-based makeup remover and place on the eyelids for 10 seconds to loosed BOND & SEAL.
3. Gently wipe away to remove BOND & SEAL
