How to Use

1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Brush your teeth, then rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
3. Pour half a capful of undiluted mouthwash into the cap.
4. Rinse intensively around the teeth and gums for 15–30 seconds.
5. Spit out completely without swallowing.
6. Avoid eating, drinking or rinsing your mouth for at least 15 minutes afterwards.
7. Use up to twice daily or as directed by your dentist or hygienist.
