Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

Why does the colour/texture feel different from my previous jar?

Because this product is made with natural oils and botanical ingredients, the colour can naturally vary from white to yellow or tan. This is normal and does not affect the product’s performance.
Slight texture differences can happen from batch to batch due to the natural ingredients used in the formula.

Is it normal for the cream to become softer or more fluid?

Yes. This product is normally a stiff cream, but if it is stored above room temperature or kept in a warm environment for too long, the texture may soften or become more fluid.

How should I store it?

To maintain the firm texture, store it in a cool place. You can also keep it in the fridge if needed, especially during warmer weather.

Can I use Amla & Olive Heavy Cream on low-porosity hair?

Low-porosity hair may not absorb heavy creams as easily. If you have low-porosity hair, start with a small amount and apply to damp hair to help with absorption.

Does it work on children's hair?
