How to use:

Cleanse hair well shampoo 2-3times making sure all product residue is removed
After shampooing rough dry the hair till 80% to 90% dry
Section the hair into 4 parts starting at the nape of the neck taking small sections (0.5cm to 1cm) apply to each section from root to end leaving a 0.5cm space from scalp (do not apply on scalp) Continue till all hair is covered combing through from time to time Leave for 20 to 30 minutes according to desired results
After development time rinse hair thoroughly water only
Apply the step 3 Mask live between 3 to 8 minutes and rinse again
APPLY A VERY GOOD ARGAN OIL Re recommend RENEW one Blow dry hair completely and flat iron each section starting at nape (section size 0.5cm)
Use the straightening to seal the hair 7x to 8x times In small section from root to ends Over the whole head until all the hair is completed

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
