How to use:
- Air-dry or rough-dry hair until it’s at least 80% dry, then comb through to remove any tangles or snarls.
- 2. Separate hair into manageable sections.
- Unlock the tool by rotating the control setting to the right. Start with the LOW AIR setting, then adjust to MEDIUM AIR or HIGH AIR, as desired.
- Beginning at the roots, place a section of hair between the plates and press handles together to activate airflow.
- Slowly slide tool to the ends.
- Repeat until hair is fully dry.

- Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:
Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
- Change the shipping method,
