How To Apply

Step 1: Start by mapping out where you want to apply the precision eyeliner pen. Use the precision tip to make a dot in the centre of the lid, at the outer corner and in line with the outer edge of the eyebrow.
Step 2: Glide the felt tip over the lid, joining up the three dots and flicking out at the end to create a sharp wing.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
