The Rush Silky Luxati HH Silky Straight Weft extensions are made from 100% human Remy hair, meaning the cuticles are left intact and aligned in the same direction to reduce tangling and increase durability. They are designed to provide length and volume with a silky smooth, straight finish.

How to Attach:
- Thread the Needle: Use about 48 inches of nylon extension thread (match to hair color) on a curved needle.
- Secure the Start: Begin at one side, anchoring the thread securely to the first bead/section of hair.
Maintenance Tips:
- Washing & Conditioning: Use sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner, focusing on mid-lengths to ends. Thoroughly rinse to avoid buildup.
- Brushing: Use a specialized extension brush (like a loop brush or wet brush) to detangle daily, starting from the ends and working up.
- Sleeping: Never sleep with wet hair. Tie hair in a loose braid or ponytail and use a silk/satin pillowcase or bonnet to minimize friction.
- Heat Styling: Apply heat protectant spray before using hot tools, keeping temperatures below 120°C (approx. 250°F).

- During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:
Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
