How to Use

1. As a conditioner or treatment: Apply to washed hair, working through the lengths and ends while avoiding the roots. Leave for three minutes and rinse thoroughly.
2. For a more intensive treatment: Cover the hair with a thermal cap, leave for up to 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
3. As a leave-in styling cream: Apply a small amount to damp or dry hair. Distribute evenly through the lengths and ends, do not rinse and style as desired.
4. As a heat protector: Apply a small amount to damp hair before using a hairdryer, diffuser or straighteners. Provides protection at temperatures up to 230°C.
5. As a co-wash: Apply a small amount to thoroughly wet hair and massage gently into the scalp. Rinse, apply more to the lengths and ends, detangle carefully and rinse again.

The ideal amount depends on the length and thickness of your hair. Avoid using too much product on fine hair.
