Directions: It can be used to replace traditional conditioner. HAIR TREATMENT CONDITIONING: Apply to shampooed hair, massaging thoroughly each lock of hair for 3 minutes and rinse well. For best result, put on a thermal hair cap for 15 minutes and rinse off.

ATTENTION: Product suitable for brown and dark hair. For light or discolored hair with high porosity, there may be the absorption of the pigment changing the color of it.

CO WASH: Our formula has emollient agents which are capable of promoting cleanse to the strands. Suitable to strands sensitized by chemicals and dyeings. FREE CO-WASH: With completely wet hair, put just small amount of the product on your hand and spread it over scalp. Gently massage it with your fingertips like a Regular Shampoo. Rinse well. Next, apply some product along the strands? length, detangle with your fingers and rinse them. Repeat the process if you feel like some more scalp cleaning.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
