    How To Use:
    For Hair    : Thoroughly wet hair and scalp. Apply Total Body Black Earth Shampoo to the scalp and massage towards the ends of hair. Shampoo, rinse, and repeat. Follow up with Taliah Waajid Enhancing Herbal Conditioner.

    For Body: Use as a body wash. Total Body will leave you feeling clean and moisturized from head to toe.

    What It Does:
    Total Body Black Earth Shampoo gently cleans while softening.  No harsh ingredients and can be used on your Total Body.  Natural ingredients such as Blackberry Extract, Rosemary, Wheat Germ, Yarrow Root, Olive Oil, Vitamin E and Silk Amino Acids will keep your hair, scalp and skin clean, conditioned, and incredibly soft.

    Ingredients:
    Water (Aqua), Sodium C 14-16 Alpha Olefin Sulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamidopropylamine Oxide, Polyquaterium 7, Glycol Stearate, Rosemary Extract (Rosmarimus Officinalis), Wheat germ (Triticum Vulgare), Yarrow Root Extract (Achillea Millefolium), Black Seed Oil extract, (Nigella sativa), Olive Oil (Olea Europaea), Salt, Silk Amino Acids, Vitamin E (Tocopherol Acetate), FD&C 1, FD&C Yellow 6,FD&C Red 40, Sage Extract (Salvia Officinalis), Caprylyl Glycol Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance (Parfum).

    • During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
    • UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
    • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
    • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

    Returns

    You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

    We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

    Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

    If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

    Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

    We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

    If your order contains restricted items, we may:

    • Remove the affected item(s) from your order,
    • Contact you with alternative shipping options, or
    • Cancel and refund the affected item(s) where necessary.

    UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)

    The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

    Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
    Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
    Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

    Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

    • Aerosols
    • Perfumes or aftershaves
    • Nail polish

    If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:

    • Change the shipping method,
    • Remove restricted items from the order, or
    • Cancel and refund the affected item(s).
