Traditional towels are known to rough up the hair's cuticle, cause frizz and disperse your curl pattern. With our luxury curly towel the smooth fibers will absorb excess water and still retain moisture, leaving your curls frizz-free and defined.

How to plop

After you have washed your hair and added a generous amount of Trepadora styling products use ends of the towel to scrunch curls to remove excess water. Then place the towel on a flat surface. Bend forward and gently lower your damp curls into the centre of the towel. Take the top of the towel and fold it over to the nape of your neck. Twist and roll the ends while standing then knot securely.

Leave for 15 to 20 minutes to set the curls.

This towel is designed to remove excess water, not dry your hair completely as leaving a bit of moisture to dry naturally in your hair is key to frizz reduction and beautiful curls.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in London, United Kingdom.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
