PICKING YOUR ORDER

We value and respect the health and safety of our staff and customers and are working as quickly as possible to get your order to you. 

We have implemented extra measures to ensure safety and hygiene at our warehouse, and are working with reduced teams in order to minimise contact where possible. With this in mind, deliveries may take 2-3 working days to dispatch. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can keep track of your order as soon as it leaves our warehouse by clicking on the tracking link within your shipping confirmation email.

DELIVERING YOUR ORDER

There may be some disruption in the delivery network, so please allow up to 5 working days for all UK deliveries and up to 10 working days for all International. 

There are temporary service adjustments and suspensions to some destinations, please see here for list of impacted countries.

If you believe there may be disruption in your country, please contact us prior to placing an order so that we can check with our shipper. 

Our delivery partners, DHL and Royal Mail, are also closely monitoring the health and safety of their teams. Customers are not expected to sign for goods at present and contactless deliveries are accommodated for as far as possible (see below).  

DHL CUSTOMERS: 

Please register at www.ondemand.dhl.com, where you can choose preferred delivery options, including non-contact delivery.

ROYAL MAIL CUSTOMERS:

A series of adjustments have been made to the parcel handling procedures as well as changes to the opening hours of Royal Mail Customer Service Points in  local delivery offices to keep people and customers safe.
