Salary: £35,100 per annum
Experience: Relevant experience in Hair Care product required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development, Marketing, and Design, to bring new product concepts to life.
Research and evaluate raw materials and packaging, communicating with suppliers when needed, ensuring all align with our brand's commitment to natural and ethical standards.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from formulation and testing to packaging and pricing strategy.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain our leading edge.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution of product launches. • Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the product development team, inspiring fresh ideas and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of a wide range of content, blog posts, training documents and videos for social media, customers and Ambassadors.
