Directions

  • Section dry, unwashed hair.
  • Apply to your roots and massage to distribute.
  • Wait 3-5 minutes.
  • Add water to turn the oil into a milky lather. Rinse thoroughly.
  • Follow up with Reset Clarifying Gel Shampoo and Reset Cooling Gel Conditioner (sold separately).
  • Use weekly or as needed.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
