How to Use

Double Agent Tool:

Use on damp (not soaking wet) hair
Select your desired setting (blow dry, combo, or straightening)
Work through hair section by section
Avoid direct contact with the scalp
For best results, use with a heat protectant

Perk-Up Dry Shampoo:

Shake well
Spray onto roots from approximately 8 inches away
Allow to sit, then massage or brush through

Kure Shampoo & Conditioner:

Apply shampoo to wet hair, lather, and rinse
Follow with conditioner, focusing on mid-lengths to ends
Leave for 2–3 minutes, then rinse

Flash Instant Shine Mask:

Apply to clean, damp hair
Leave for around 60 seconds, then rinse
Use in place of conditioner for finer hair, or after conditioner for thicker hair

Wizard Detangling Primer:

Mist evenly onto damp hair before detangling or styling

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
