Why we made this

We wanted to create the perfect hybrid between a shampoo and a co-wash (conditioning hair wash). Something that would be soft ‘n gentle on delicate and textured strands without stripping your hair to straw. It had to be lightly-foaming and properly-cleansing, free from sulfates or harsh surfactants. So, we made hair-wash using the same kind of cleansing agent that you might find in a good face wash. And it smells like a bowl of fruit-loop cereal milk. It’s milky and silky, gentle but tough, and has racked up over 10 beauty awards, including Best Curl Shampoo (Women's Health), and Elle Future of Beauty 2020.

Directions

Either a) squeeze onto hands and lather up between palms, or b) funnel directly onto scalp via nozzle for hard-to-reach bits like the back of the neck. For thicker hair, section into four parts to reach your scalp and strands with ease. While holding the ends of your hair with one hand, use the pads of your fingers on your other hand to massage deeply into wet scalp until completely coated in gentle suds. Run residual hair-wash down the lengths of your hair to supremely cleanse your strands. Rinse off once complete. *Notice the super gentle nature of hair-wash leaves you washing less often, because you’re not over stripping your scalp. Less washing means less disruption to the hair. A victory.

During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
