How to Use

For the most breathtaking results, this product should be applied as part of a three-step system (Cleanse with Come Clean, Detangle with Knot Today).

  • For Tight Curls: Work in small sections on soaking wet hair. Smooth the custard from root to tip using your fingers. If hair begins to dry, mist with water to maintain the bond.
  • For Loose Curls/Waves: Apply to damp hair and scrunch into larger sections to encourage volume and bounce.
  • Crucial Step: Allow hair to air dry completely. Do not touch your hair while it is drying, as this can break the set and cause unwanted frizz.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

How do I get rid of the "crunchy" feeling once my hair is dry?

The "crunch" is actually a protective botanical cast that locks in your curl pattern while it dries. Once your hair is 100% dry, simply "scrunch" your curls with your hands or a tiny drop of oil. This will break the cast, revealing soft, bouncy, and frizz-free hair underneath.

Why is my hair flaking or showing a white film?

White residue is almost always caused by product buildup or a "clash" between formulas. To prevent this, ensure your hair is completely clean (use Come Clean shampoo first) to remove old oils or silicones. If you use KNOT TODAY™ as a leave-in, make sure your hair is soaking wet when you apply the Custard. The water acts as the bridge that bonds the two products together seamlessly.
