How to Use

Apply a liberal amount to freshly washed, damp hair. Focus on "trouble spots" and use a wide-tooth comb to gently detangle from ends to roots.

  • Rinse-Out: For finer textures, leave on for 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
  • Leave-In: For thick or curly hair, do not rinse.
  • Pro Strategy: When using as a leave-in, apply while still in the shower and let a quick splash of water hit your hair; this helps distribute the cream evenly for better curl definition.

  • UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
