How to Use
- Wash hair with a volumising shampoo, such as Matrix High Amplify Shampoo.
- Gently squeeze out excess water from hair, but do not towel dry.
- Using the nozzle, apply 10ml–20ml (roughly 1–2 "tick marks" on the side of the bottle) directly to mid-lengths and ends in a zig-zag motion.
- Lather the product slightly, wait exactly 8 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
