Directions
For growth, consistency is the key:
Consistently apply to the scalp 2-3 times a week.
Consistently apply to hair, especially edges and ends, 1-2 times a week.
Although individual results will vary, most users experience new growth, less shedding and significantly softer hair with less breakage at 6-10 weeks with optimal results at 16-24 weeks, more or less, depending on the root cause of your shedding or slow growth. With any treatment regimen, more noticeable changes to hair growth occur from the three-month mark due to the individual growth cycles of the hair and the amount of time required to rejuvenate damaged follicles.

Color may vary from batch to batch from clear to slightly yellowish or greenish due to natural color variations in the ingredients. This is not indicative of a formula change and will not affect performance.

- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
