Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

How do I use Curly Magic for the best results?

1. For the best definition, apply Curly Magic in the shower to hair that is dripping wet. The botanical ingredients need water to emulsify; if your hair feels sticky or tacky, simply add more water, not more product.

2. Work in small sections to ensure even distribution. Rake the product through from root to tip using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. This "stimulates" the curl, helping individual strands clump together for a frizz-free finish.

3. Air dry for maximum length (elongation) or use a diffuser on low heat for more volume. Crucial: Do not touch or "scrunch" your hair until it is 100% dry to avoid creating frizz.

4. "Break the cast" Once completely dry, your hair may feel slightly firm. Gently "scrunch" your curls with your hands (or a drop of hair oil) to reveal soft, bouncy, and defined curls.
