Directions
To use as a pre-poo, apply to damp hair in sections just before shampooing. Massage the product into the scalp and hair. Allow the treatment to sit for up to 20 minutes before rinsing.
Follow up with the Rhassoul & Bentonite Clay Shampoo Bar or Gentle Herbal Cleanser. To use as a deep conditioner, apply to freshly washed, damp hair. Allow the treatment to sit for 15-20 minutes under a plastic cap, steamer, or hooded dryer for added penetration. Rinse thoroughly and follow up with the Ease Leave-In Conditioner. Note: this product should not be used as a leave-in or left on hair longer than the suggested time.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
