The Maximum Hydration Method is a hair care routine that aims to provide your strands with the highest level of moisture. It was originally focused on low porosity hair however, it is a great routine for all hair types. 

This 3 Step System will help to define curls, detox hair & scalp, strengthen hair, aid in length retention, promote hair growth, alleviate dry scalp, reduce frizz, and balance protein/moisture levels.

This Clarifying Hydration Shampoo is a sulfate-free cleanser that helps to lift dirt and debris from hair and scalp without stripping hair of natural oils. ambunu helps to provide easy detangling and a blend of natural ingredients help to stimulate growth, reduce shedding, relieve dry/itchy scalp, increase hydration, and shine.

Directions

Wet hair thoroughly with warm water, apply and massage through hair from roots to ends. finger detangle to evenly spread product through strands. rinse thouroughly. repeat if necessary. for best results, follow with step 2 & step 3 in the maximun hydration treatment system.

  • UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

If your order contains restricted items, we may:

  • Remove the affected item(s) from your order,
  • Contact you with alternative shipping options, or
  • Cancel and refund the affected item(s) where necessary.

UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

  • Aerosols
  • Perfumes or aftershaves
  • Nail polish

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:

  • Change the shipping method,
  • Remove restricted items from the order, or
  • Cancel and refund the affected item(s).

Any refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
