Pre-Wash Directions: Apply a generous amount to dry hair before shampooing. Distribute evenly. Use fingers or comb to detangle. Rinse thoroughly. Post Styling Directions: After taking down braids or protective styles, apply a generous amount to dry hair and distribute evenly. Leave on for 15 minutes. Use fingers or comb to detangle. Rinse thoroughly. For best results follow with Ultimate Detangling Shampoo.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
