How to use:
1. Choose a lotion: examine the scalp and check the skin is free of damage or flakiness. Check the quality of the hair from roots to ends, to make sure it is in good condition before carrying out this service. Assess the hair and choose the most appropriate Dulcia Advanced Lotion depending on the client's hair type.
2. Preparation: Always wear suitable disposable gloves during mixing, application and removal of the product from the hair. Shampoo the hair using L'Oreal Professionnel PRO classics texture shampoo and carefully blot dry the hair.
Apply Presifon Advanced Protector if necessary evenly through all sections of the hair. The size, diameter and type of tools used, determine the amount of movement, wave or curl achieved. Carry out your chosen Dulcia winding technique. Wind the hair around rollers: the winding must not be too tight.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
